Individual Cremation
Pets are placed alone in the cremation chamber and all ashes are swept out and carefully collected before the next cremation commences.
The ashes are clearly identified for action according to the wishes of the client.
Communal Cremation
Cremations are carried out with a number of pets placed in the chamber, depending on size. After the final cooling period the ashes are swept from the hearth and transferred to the Cemetery where they are buried in memorial beds.
No ashes from communal cremations may be returned to owners since there are no means of separation.
Burial
All burials are carried out in marked plots and clients may attend the burial.
Families may have two large or three small pets buried within the same plot.
With individual cremation, owners may have any number of sets of ashes buried within the plot and many clients use these for all their family pets.
Cemetery clients have visiting rights to their pets' graves subject to the Conditions of Use.
An annual maintenance fee is payable to ensure the upkeep and security of the Cemetery.
